By downloading or using MorpheusGoAway you agree to these terms.
1. What the app is
MorpheusGoAway is a convenience utility. It watches for insufficient motion and can vibrate or play a tone after a timeout you choose.
It is not a medical device. It cannot reliably detect drowsiness or sleep. It is not a substitute for sleep, rest, or professional medical advice. Do not rely on it as the sole method to stay alert while driving, operating machinery, or in any safety-critical situation.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer the app except where the law allows.
3. Trial and purchase
A 7-day full-featured trial starts on first launch. After it expires, continued use of the core session features requires the one-time “Unlock Lifetime” in-app purchase, priced at $6.99 USD (or the equivalent Apple / Google store price in your region). Product ID: unlock_lifetime. Restore Purchases is supported. Payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. Their refund rules apply.
4. Background and battery
Background motion monitoring is reliable on Android when a foreground service is running and battery restrictions are relaxed. On iPhone, iOS limits continuous background motion. Keep the app open for the most reliable experience. Battery use varies by device.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to bypass the trial or purchase checks, or use it in any way that could put people at risk.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent the law allows, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted background operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any accident, injury, or loss arising from reliance on the app to stay awake. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the unlock (or $6.99 if you paid nothing).
8. Privacy
Use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or discontinue the service. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the app.
