Delete your MorpheusGoAway data

This page is for users of the Android app MorpheusGoAway (com.morpheusgoaway.app), published by Italo Armenti. Use it to request deletion of data associated with the app. It also covers account-style identifiers we store (there is no login account).

Steps

On your device, open Settings → Apps → MorpheusGoAway and uninstall the app. That removes local data (settings, session history, cached trial / unlock state, and the on-device app_instance_id).
If you still have a problem report or the instance id from the app, copy it.
Email [email protected] from the address you use for Google Play or App Store correspondence.
Use the subject line MorpheusGoAway data deletion and include:
- That you want server records deleted
- The app_instance_id if you have it
- Approximate install date or store (Google Play / App Store)

We will delete matching server records or explain if we cannot identify a record. Typical turnaround is 30 days.

What is deleted

On uninstall: all local app data on that device.
On a valid server deletion request: app_instance_id, platform, trial start / unlock times, last seen time, optional coarse country, optional anonymous event counters, and purchase transaction references we stored for that instance.

What may be retained

Apple and Google keep their own purchase records. We cannot delete Play or App Store receipts. Restore Purchases still works through the store.
Email you send us (your request) may be kept up to 24 months for support and legal purposes, then deleted.
We may keep a minimal log that a deletion request was completed (date and that an instance id was processed), without the original identifiers, for up to 12 months.

No user account

MorpheusGoAway does not offer account sign-up. The identifier we can delete on the server is the app-generated app_instance_id, not an email login.
